The Total Rewards Department works in partnership with Sidra leadership and in alignment with organizational priorities and directions to design and implement HR policies and programs that enable a culture of excellence and high performance across the organization. The Compensation and Rewards Division leads organizational programs related to total rewards design, salary management, job design, evaluation, benchmarking and best practice research.
