Provide, with full responsibility andaccountability, a technical service to ASTAD in all areas of Facilities Management design, including but not limited to, design of systems, policiesand procedures for maintenance and repairs of buildings, grounds, landscaping and parking areas, housekeeping of building, safety and security system implementation and maintenance etc... Thisincludes coordination with civil, Architectural and Infrastructure works), during briefing, design and construction stages.
Ensure that all designs are in compliance with the latest ASTAD approved technical codes and standards, national and Client corporation requirements and procedures. Liaise with other discipline engineers, end-users and project teams, in order to develop Facilities Management solutions and/or scopes of services and works to fit ASTAD corporate requirements and meet approved project/client requirements in line with approved budget and schedule.
Contribute toward updating Facilities Managementdesign and installation codes, standards, specifications and philosophies.
