About Your Job:
We are looking for Front Desk Agent with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to all Guests at The Airport Hotel. Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as applicants with work experience in hotel and travel industry. Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different guests coming from different walks of life. As our Front of House colleague you will meet and greet our Guests, check them into their accommodation and inform our guests of our Hotel facilities
About You:
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services in hotel industry or other work area with a hospitality focus. A pleasing personality and willingness to work in shifts is essential. Applicants must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications. Opera knowledge is highly desirable for this role.
