About Your Job:
As a Performance Manager you will be directly reporting to the Manager Cabin Crew and would be responsible for managing and leading a team of office and line based Performance Officers. To achieve the department goals and align the Performance Management system to deliver the desired results in terms of quality, quantity, cost and timeliness.
You will be manage and review the achieved assessment results of cabin crew in terms of below expectations, exceeds expectations and meets expectations. Supervise and organize the Performance Officers duties in order to increase productivity within the department.
Monitor and review assessments completed by each Performance Officer to ensure standards are met and provide continuous coaching and developmental feedback if/when required.
Provide coaching, guidance and developmental feedback to cabin crew members.Conduct/Attend meetings to discuss/delegate the day-to-day business tasks within the Performance Office/Cabin Services in liaison with partner departments. Provide operational support to the CSD/CS population and cabin crew.
About You:
* A bachelors degree in Management/Aviation or Performance Management from an internationally recognized institution
* Minimum of 10 year's experience as a Cabin Crew member, preferably in a Supervisory role.
* Previous experience managing Cabin Crew at an international airline will be preferred.
* Well developed interpersonal and communication skills including extensive experience in liaison and project management.
* Computer literate, with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
