About the Job:
In this role you will have the following responsibilities :
* Studying the shop drawings and ensure that the installations are carried out with accuracy and as per international best practices and standards.
* Monitoring and limiting material wastage and should be accountable to complete the works within the budgeted quantities
* Conducting tool box talks and continuously train operatives to maintain high levels of safety standards
* Reviewing the shop drawings and identify & highlight potential conflicts/problems early to solve in time
* Motivating the site staff to keep the productivity levels high
* Ensuring that the quality of installation works is maintained within acceptable standards
* Ensuring proper house keeping and maintenance of work place
