• To be the Merchandise support within the Product department from Initial concept to Product delivery.
To ensure that necessary paperwork’s are done for Production and distribution of Products to Retailers and distributors.
Monitor Product performance and analyze stock status, reordering’s etc.
• Preparing sales and stock plans
• Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data(Purchase orders, Stock analysis, Reorder levels, Best selling products, Product performance indicators)
• Monitoring slow sellers, and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary;
• Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products;
• Analyzing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
• Managing the distribution of stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork. Keeping important documents regarding the product such as receipts, order slips, etc.
• Ensuring that the products are sent to its designated place
