Objective:
To identify business opportunity for Fit-out contracts for corporate clients in different sectors such as banks, new company headquarters in towers, and other government sectors requiring an upper end interior. Then follow through to finalize agreements
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify sales and business development opportunities In the Interior fit out market
on corporate level for different sectors
-Developing new contacts and identifying major decision makers;
-Relationship Management from Initial contact to scope of work development up to a successful conclusion of contracts
-Understand customer requirements in detail and work with owners and designers to give a good valued interior fit out solution
- Conduct effective client calls and on-site visits
-Proposal preparation and costing for prospective clients
