Project Management
-Managing the projects from conceptual to commissioning stages.
-Handling project activities, manpower and equipment planning.
-Monitoring the overall project execution for ensuring timely completion.
-Developing mitigation plans for achieving a time critical challenging target.
Implementation Supervision
-Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-effective plan and schedule for completing the project.
-Overseeing the selection of sub contractors, suppliers, designers and manufacturers
-Supervising & monitoring the quality standards at the manufacturer’s premises as well as at the site.
Consultancy Services
-Preparing detailed project reports Rail Systems to be implemented with financial implications.
-Short listing of vendors/agencies, Techno-commercial evaluation of bids of multi billion U$ international contracts.
-Provide techno commercial professional advice to the client on selection of technology.
-Supervising the safety standards of construction and systems as per international standards, testing and commissioning of Metro/ mainline Rail Projects.
Operations Management
-Overall management of the multi disciplines of a railway system as the team leader.
-Ensuring the daily requirements of traffic both passenger and freight.
-Provide guidance to the O&M team to meet the targets with rigid constraints. -Program the development projects from proposal stage to commissioning.
-Look after the welfare of workforce including the management of issues raised by organized labor.
Safety & Inspection
-Preparation of documentation for safety inspection of railway systems, as per the requirements prescribed for opening new railway lines.
-Selection and co-ordination of independent safety assessors to evaluate and certify the safety standards of the railway system.
-The certification of all structures, rolling stock, traction systems and signaling
