1. Design, Implementation and support of Security solutions from different vendors (F5, Tipping Point, Symantec, Websense, Riverbed, Juniper, Fortinet..etc)
2. Design, Implementation and support of HP & Avaya networking solutions (Switching, Routing, Wireless, ...etc)
3. Develop deep technical knowledge in Networking & Security solutions
4. Work with a team of Sr. technical support personnel and technicians to deliver world-class services to the clients
5. Develop project & technical documentation for solutions implemented
6. Report to the NW&SEC Technical Manager.
7. Ability to develop new skills in other technical areas, as and when required by the company.
8. Develop interpersonal skills for effective communication between employees and clients.
