About the Job:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Cargo Network Operations, your role will be to manage the overall performance of operational services, that is of HUB operation and QAS. Analyse the performance gap and provide statistical validation with special focus on the trends in non-conformance and irregularities.
Main Duties include:
* Provide effective leadership.
* Monitor overall performance of operational services provided by the GHA and provide statistical analysis of performance.
* Evaluate current operational process and in-house system.
* Identify and formally report network irregularities.
* Support QR quality department in planning and implementing procedures and system to maximise operational efficiency.
* Establish operational targets and review performance data.
* Represent QR Cargo with local authorities.
You will have a heavy focus on areas such as Safety, Security, Compliance, Operations, Performance and Quality.
About You:
You will have a minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent thereof, with a Minimum 7 years' experience wtihin Cargo Operations management. You will have expert knowledge of GHA / GSA SLA management. Experience from an Airline Cargo background is preferred.
You need to be fully conversant with experience in combined Ground Operations in freighter and passenger operations in particular; Aircraft loading, Cargo Warehousing, Dangerous Goods regulation, IATA regulations, Live animal regulations, Perishable cargo and Ramp Handling.
You will be an effective leader and communicator with the ability to manage teams while continuously mentoring the team to strive for a 5-Star operations!
