Qatar Duty Free - Food & Beverages:
Junior Sous :
* Must have culinary certificate and accredited continuing education requirement
* Minimum of 7 years specializing in the area of expertise
* Strong CDP ready to move to higher level are considered
Chef De Partie :
* Must have culinary certificate and accredited continuing education requirement
* Minimum of 4 years experience in recognized operations
* Strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take CDP position are considered
Demi Chef De Partie :
* Must have culinary certificate and accredited continuing education requirement
* Minimum of 3 years experience in recognized operations.
* Strong Commis ready to take DCP might be considered
Commis :
* Recognized culinary education or proven apprentice ship program
* Working experience preferred
Team Leader:
* Communication -
* English written and verbal essential
* Other languages preferred - written and verbalAttention to detail with a "can do" attitude
* Ability to multitask and supervise
* Café experience and knowledge would be a advantage
* Strong ability to lead a team with a "hands on" approach
* Previous position held: Supervisor/ Team leader/ Head waiter
* Minimum experience of 2 years essential in a similar role
Barista's and Waiter/ess:
* Physical Requirements : ability to Light Lifting, Standing,walking, bending
* Previous experience in hospitality preferred with willingness to grow and excel
* Communication -
* English written and verbal essential
* Other languages preferred - written and verbalAttention to detail with a "can do" attitude
* Café with international experience and knowledge preferred
* Minimum experience of 2 years preferred in a similar role
F&B Porters
* Working experience preferred
Sanitation Supervisor:
* Minimum of 6 years experience in stewarding environment
* Minimum of 2 years as Supervisor in a large operation
* Computer literacy
* HACCP certified preferred
Sanitation Team Leader:
* Minimum of 2 years experience as Steward Team Leader in a large operation preferably 5 stars hotel
* Food Safety Certified
Kitchen Porters:
* Working experience preferred
Store Keeper:
* Previous experience preferably in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
* Computer literate and HACCP knowledge
* Good organizational and English language required
Asst Store Keeper/Driver:
* Previous driving experience preferably in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
* Valid Driver's License applicable to local legislation
* Possession of a clean driving license/record
