o Preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meeting
o Answering incoming telephone calls & great visitors, determines nature of business and Schedule meetings with clients where required.
o Managing appointments, diary’s, calendars and schedules.
o Managing and maintaining the document libraries and archives.
o Keeping and maintaining an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
o Preparing for meetings, arranging meeting materials and taking minutes of meetings.
o Acting as the contact point for all visitors and Monitoring Employees & visitor access.
o Managing travel arrangements.
