* In charge to write all product specification of Fruits & Vegetable, Bakery, Fishery & Butchery.
* Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities.
* Develop and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
* Reviews the process of the Private Label to ensure the product quality.
* Ensures the standard quality defined by the organization.
* In charge to male specific analysis on sales margin & wastage.
* Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving /outgoing quality functions.
* Continuously improving Quality Assurance receiving inspection process and procedures.
* Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
* Manage suppliers performance and conducts audits..
* Preparation of Quality reports.
