About Your Job::
This is an exciting role in which you will spearhead the development and implementation of Sales & Marketing initiatives that will help build brand, increase industry esteem and preference, and establish ownership of the Doha market space. You will be responsible for driving shareholder value through the maximisation of revenue. As a Manager you will effectively lead a team of Sales Executives with the objectives of continuing to grow and develop the client base.
You are required to deliver set revenue targets, produce long and short term local sales and channel plan including revenue targets as part of an integrated sales strategy. You will manage relationships with other airlines, trade bodies, government and civil aviation authorities as well as the general public. You will also be responsible for achieving annual sales targets within operating budget with a focus on increasing revenues.
Key accountabilities will include strategy formulation, sales & marketing, leadership, account management and staff management & training.
About You::
To join our 5-star team in this role you will hold a University Degree with a minimum of six years trade or airline experience in management and sales. You will have a strong track record of strategic planning and a proven ability of leading a multi-cultural team. You should have strong experience of team management to motivate, mentor and develop your team.
To be successful in this role you must be committed, articulate with a high level of customer service at all times and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influence key companies.
