In order to launch Enterprise products and services quickly and profitably, Vodafone Qatar will be focusing on establishing strong white-label and revenue shared partnership model with third parties. We offer their services on our network under our strong brand in exchange for their experience and services. This person will be in charge of handling this relationship with vendors.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Collaborating with global and local third parties to provide consistent partner management process.
• Acting as SPOC for partner performance optimisation programmes, identifying process improvement initiatives in strong collaboration with delivery units, Shared Services and Third Parties; developing and agreeing short- and mid-term actions to increase partner performance and tracking progress; running regular operational Partner Performance Reviews and managing escalation processes as needed.
• Working closely with Vodafone Procurement / Supply Chain Management to ensure that commercial impacts of potential critical metric / SLA breaches are executed.
• Managing the “Partner Calendar”, monitoring re-negotiation timelines, collecting feedback from delivery teams on partner performance and translating findings into additional commercial requirements, initiating support through Vodafone Procurement and Partner Management & Sourcing.
• Managing contracts and commercial commitments, working closely with procurement and supply chain to expedite contract sign-off
