1. Create job cards for repairs on vehicles.
2. Allocate the jobs cards appropriately and monitor repair activities in the Body Shop related to the job cards to facilitate a productive workflow.
3. Create Local Purchase orders for paint suppliers and other service providers.
4. Forward all purchasing documents (LPOs, charges for paint supplies and invoices etc) to Accounts for follow through.
5. Order materials for Body Shop use.
6. Assist customers who call with queries or issues and follow up proactively to resolve.
7. Monitor work hours of technicians.
8. Transfer the job order to the Main Workshop once Body Shop work is complete.
9. Charge the labor hours in the Work in Progress cards as per insurance LPOs.
10. Issue gate passes for released vehicles.
11. Assist the Secretary to the Service Manager with additional administrative tasks as required.
