• In conjunction with the Executive Director set sales targets and commission structure.
• Manage branch managers and ensure that sales targets are met in accordance with business goals.
• Ensure all property sales fees and ancillary charges are billed and collected in timely fashion.
• Prepare and submit monthly report on general business progress and developments to the ED.
• Ensure appropriate software is implemented and utilized to manage the flow of transactions from lead capture to conclusion.
• Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients, vendors and purchasers and regularly take proactive steps to improve clients, vendors and purchasers & agent relationships.
• Ensure property sales and leasing services are advertised to all relevant clients using multiple channels including social media, websites, print media and outdoor signage.
• Ensure property portfolio and availability is up to date on company website.
• Keep up date to date with property market activities locally and internationally.
• Develop new business and generate new revenue streams.
• Provide in-house training sessions for consultants to improve sales techniques.
• Ensure sales and leasing consultants maximize the use of the Property Management Database.
• Promote and encourage use of one shared diary login, ensuring smooth workflow and consultant availability and accessibility.
• Ensure that all Human Resources Policies and Procedures are being adhered to and practiced at the workplace.
• Conduct biannual staff appraisals and performance review and report feedback to ED and Group HR department.
• Delegate and manage staff responsibilities and accountabilities.
• Encourage open lines of communication and reporting culture.
• Conduct regular team meetings with the aim of discussing problems, agreeing solutions and exchanging information.
