An exciting opportunity has arisen within our established Automotive Division at Jaidah Group. We are currently recruiting for a Lubricants Manager to manage the sales and technical functions, ensuring efficient, effective and economical services in the Industrial Lubricants Department. This position is pivotal in providing a complete range of sales and technical services for Shell Lubricants.
This diverse role will see you managing the activities of the sales and team making sure there is efficient service to customers at all times. You will be responsible for establishing goals and performance measures for the team in order to facilitate their development. As well as the above, you will also be responsible for monitoring department performance and striving to confidently achieve targets.
In order to be successful within this position you should have 10 years experience within the lubricants industry with a minimum of 5 within a management position. You should have vast experience of B2B sales and be confident articulating and offering specialist knowledge of lubricants to customers while having the ability to manage a team of sales consultants. Due to the customer facing nature of this role you should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a high command of the English Language, Arabic is to essential but is preferred.
