The Project Assistant is a key member of the Project Management Office providing general administrative support to the project team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
The Project Assistant is responsible for:
- overseeing the daily administrative needs of the project team;
- channeling office communications and composing correspondence;
- providing meetings support by organizing, scheduling, preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes;
- providing document and presentation proofreading and distribution, and;
- updating SharePoint, project files and tracking documents.
