About Your Job:
You will be allocated to work in this section and undertake specific functions tailored to this section. This will be to effectively manage the end to end process, from initial airline contact with QACC through to delivery and payment of the catering service order, ensuring a high level of service and quality of product that we supply to the customer. You being Duty supervisor are required to undertake work for both non-scheduled and scheduled flight operations either for existing or new customers. To actively undertake specific tasks that are not precluded to be of a VVIP/Amiri nature but maybe one-off or Adhoc charters that operate of schedule. In addition, you will be required to conduct flight checks and training for all scheduled airlines catered by QACC.
About You:
You should have 5-6 years experience with minimum 3-years on supervisory level with any Flight Catering units including flight build and despatching flights as per schedule. Transport and delivery experience of a minimum of 3-years. Candidate with F&B knowledge will be preferred.
You should be Graduate with HACCP Certificate is desirable. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking English, should be computer literate. Arabic communication is an advantage.
