A leading Construction Trading and Contracting company is hiring a General Manger to manage, plan and establish activities related to developing the business in order to meet internal goals and objectives.
Job Description
- Prepare and adapt a business model, and implement strategic plans that ensure the success of the organization on long terms.
- Prepare business development plan for acquiring and winning new projects.
- Direct all aspects of the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and Performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.
- Oversee, monitor, and evaluate the operation's performance.
- Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure and equipment or other assets and resources;
- Analyze and approve operational investments that best meet the business needs.
- Oversee the opening or closing of facilities so that these activities are completed on time and within budget and with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
- Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers with operational responsibilities to ensure compliance and that business objectives are met
- Perform other duties as may be required in order to maintain the efficient running of the operation.
