About Your Job::


The Lead Finance Officer shall be responsible for ensuring full compliance with corporate laws, preparing financial for Qatar Airways branches to meet the filing requirements and ensuring timely compliance while maintaining confidentiality of Qatar Airways financial information.

You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with corporate law of land in destination countries where Qatar Airways operates by closely coordinating with station finance in charge and advisors. You should assist station to prepare Qatar Airways Branches and Representative Officers' financial in line with local laws to meet the filling requirements under corporate law within prescribed deadlines. You will be required to review audit reports issued by internal and external parties and to work with head office and outstation managements to address points raised and develop compliance. You should carry out any required attestation processes for financial statements and any other related documents required for filling purposes. You should develop methods to ensure minimum disclosure of finical information while meeting full compliance. Your overall responsibility is to provide data to Government Surveys and statistical information for any other recognised or authorised corporations and personnel.

About You::

To be successful in this role you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, additionally post graduate qualifications such as CA, ACA or CPA is a must. You will have 5 or more years' experience in compliance department in a large scale or multinational organisation. You will have proven ability to constantly meet, challenging deadlines. You must have excellent organisational ability to be able to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities/work interruptions, and meet deadlines. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, with minimal instructions. You must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of records and information.
