Corporate Credit Audit Manager, Qatar - Gulf Connexions

Our client, a leading GCC based bank, is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Credit Audit Manager to join their expanding group audit function in Qatar. Reporting into the Head of Business Audit, this candidate will be responsible for auditing the full range of Corporate Credit- related areas of this large bank, ranging from large syndicated loans, to overdrafts, and SME banking, as part of the annual audit plan.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the audit team to deliver the audit coverage.
• Audit coverage of distressed and special assets portfolios.
• Draft audit reports and make recommendations to improve the control environment.
• Advise business management on enhancements to their operating and control environment.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and support the business lines to implement appropriate findings.
• Input into the annual risk-based audit plan and the related control risk assessment for Corporate Credit.
