• Reports to the QSA Director
• Communicates developed strategic plans to management in regard to business expansion, acquisition and marketing of programs
• Sets goals for attracting new business, and guides the development responsibilities of staff in the area of research and development.
• Formulates focus group research and testing to determine how new training and development platforms will be received.
• Consults with management on business strategies pertaining to new learning and development products and services
• Informs management of time lines in development, potential investments, the return on investment, and marketing and advertising campaign strategies
• Participates in strategic management meetings (as required) to develop business objectives and goals for QSA
• Delegates and communicates the goals and objectives of the organization pertaining to business development personnel
• Demonstrates people skills and relates to Director, Executives, and other co-workers within QSA.
• He / She must be a strategist and willing to think ‘out of the box’
• Builds employee confidence and morale by being proactive and knowledgeable in all areas of business development
