About Your Job:
You will manage and develop a team of merchandisers, Porters and Promoters and ensure all QDF stocks are ordered, supplied and correctly merchandised. Maintain a high standard of stock presentation, combined with a continual review of product sales. Maximize all opportunities to grow and develop sales and to Lead the Team for the progress and improvement of each department and to work as Team.
You are required to establish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives, Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. Oversee and supervise employees, direct daily activities, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills. Ideally you will have minimum 5 years of job-related experience with 3 years of Retail Merchandising experienc.Work experience in travel retail or luxury fashion would be an asset. A minimum of high school qualification and a diploma or bachelors degree will be an advantage.
