Job Purpose:
To execute and follow up on President’s official and personal administrative activities and serve as the primary contact of the president.
Key Result Areas:
1. Handles the President's mail and other correspondence and routes them appropriately for action.
2. Manages the President’s diary and contacts.
3. Accompanies President to meetings, draft agendas, take and distribute minutes accordingly as assigned.
4. Compiles and summarises reports and presentations and briefs the President accordingly.
5. Receive and screens incoming correspondence and draft responses as appropriate.
6. Handle filing, archiving and retrieval of soft and hard copies of documents, reports and presentations.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements for the President including hotel reservations, flight bookings, visas etc.
8. Receive incoming calls, screen and route them appropriately.
