• Plan and perform all sales and marketing related activities
• Negotiate and liaison with clients and respond fast and accurately to clients for proposals, information etc
• Understanding and interpreting client briefs and developing clear, comprehensive and insightful creative briefs
• Playing an active part in business development, creating new client lists and developing client presentations
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential new clients
• Responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and counseling Sales Team to improve their business and account management skills
