My client is currently nationalising their organisation and have a position for a Qatari National to join the company as a Legal Counsel.
Standardise the terms and conditions of the company and its Business Units contract and Commercial transactions and provide technical guidance and recommendations to business Lines in order to mitigate Legal risks.
Bachelor Degree in Law or Equivalent
Up to 6 years experience in commercial Legal transactions
Good Knowledge of Office and Web applications
Business Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong Knowledge of local and international laws and regulations
Strong Knowledge of relevant national and international
