Prepare technical evaluation reports the Production Director on used equipments.
Provide technical evaluation reports to the Production Director prior to purchasing new equipments.
Responsible of monitoring the quality of the work and providing assistance when needed.
Assigning specific tasks to his crew according to their expertise.
Coordinate with Department Director on all levels.
Able to operate any task related to the sound production in the studio or on the field.
Able to budget and plan the requirements of his division for the upcoming year.
Propose to the Department Director strategies and solutions on all levels related to his division.
Prepare and provide training for his crew.
