Store Supervisor - Sephora Middle East

Your Mission:

The Store Supervisor is responsible to assist the Store Manager in managing the team, ensuring the attainment of sales target, delivering an outstanding customer service, maintaining the store and brands merchandising and managing the stock, in alignment with the company’s policies and procedures.

• A highly motivated and energetic individual who is driven by new challenges, and has the ability to coach and motivate a team
• 100% client focused and enjoys working in a fast paced and fun environment
• Previous experience (1-2 years) in leading and managing a team. Sales experience is an advantage
• Have a real passion for cosmetics
• Have a good team spirit: recognize and respect the work of others
• Fluency in English* is a must for all positions and Arabic an advantage
