About Your Job:
As a Manager Cabin Services Training- Economy Cabins you will play a critical role within the Cabin Services Training Department to manage the Economy Class Service Training of our Award Winning five star Cabin Crew by selecting the appropriate blend of learning modalities to cater for a multicultural workforce, design, develop, deliver and continuously improve exceptional training courses to our Crew. Also manage, develop and oversee leadership training courses, ensure every member of the Cabin Crew team is fully equipped to inspire and support their teams on-board to continue to achieve extraordinary results at 40,000 feet. You will also manage and lead the training team including a group of instructors.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need a University Degree in the areas of Human Resources, Organisational or Leadership Development with minimum of 8 years experience in Learning & Development in a service /related industry .Experience in Cabin Service Training will be an added advantage. You should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards outstanding results. Ability to work effectively with diverse clients at all levels in a large, complex organization and have strong business acumen with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
