Job Objective
Provide preventive and corrective maintenance and technical assistance to all QC buildings, plants, Energy Transfer Stations( ETS’s) Pipe Distribution Networks (PDN’s) and customer sites to ensure all equipment are working well. Ensure that the maintenance is done in a professional and efficient manner, complying with the safety rules and regulations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
. Provide maintenance to all buildings, Plants, ETS’s and PDN’s including, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
. Conduct regular and scheduled visual maintenance inspections inside and outside Plants, ETS’s and PDN’s to see where maintenance is needed.
. Record maintenance activities as carried out and follow daily/weekly work orders.
. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of all mechanical equipment within QC Buildings, Plants, ETS’s and PDN’s.
. Troubleshoot defective motors and/or equipment when required/ reported.
. Ensure all equipment and motors are functioning according to specific manufacturing specifications.
. Test all equipment and motors after maintenance has been done.
. Conduct general housekeeping in own work areas in order to ensure and comply with safety rules and regulations.
. Follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
