The Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all our customers enjoy the Victoria's Secret retail experience. A natural leader, you will champion a team of 15 to provide high levels of customer service and to increase sales, maximising their potential through in-store training, motivation, coaching, development, performance management and appraisals. An experienced operator, you will be responsible for reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs.
