We are looking for you to support our team in Doha, Qatar.
Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) Managers coordinate all activities to provide virtual construction services on our client projects. The BIM Manager is the focal point for our clients and he coordinates a team, develops business processes and standards to support our clients in achieving the expected benefits from BIM. Our BIM Managers work self sufficiently and reliably and report directly to the BIM Project Manager. If needed, you will be trained in newest BIM technology developments and systems on the job. It is foreseen that you have or will develop a profound knowledge about BIM processes and systems and how to use them in large projects. Within your position you are responsible to deliver your project tasks on time with the required quality and within the budget.
Your qualifications:
•Ensures a life-cycle approach of BIM in projects;
•Measures project BIM performance;
•Collect relevant project data from various stakeholders;
•Hold 3d coordination meetings with designers
•Provide BIM training;
•Help clients set policies, strategy and draft BIM standards;
•Customize BIM related processes a project;
•Coordinate and review BIM use on a project;
•Facilitate meetings and mediate between all parties contributing to the model;
•Coordinate with our team and our partners.
