This position involves managing one or more projects with respect to the contracts, resources (manpower, financial, technical) and quality of the delivered FM service (Soft & Hard) to fulfill the contractual requirements and maintain client satisfaction.
The job holder will join the existing team of Sr. FMs and FMs and will report to the Head of Operations.
Senior Facilities Manager will be:
• Developing and maintaining long term strategic relationships with existing and new clients
• Looking out for new opportunities to enhance the overall status of the client site and ensures additional projects for more benefits.
• Optimizing the cost on the projects
• Managing the performance on the projects,
• Overseeing and monitoring the yearly plan for PM and all services and areas in the service contract of the client.
• Handling major subcontractor related matters (scope, performance, modifications, …)
• Assisting the team with technical advice
• Developing and updating reports
• Maintaining and enhancing Health & Safety standards on site
• Evaluating and coaching the FMs and other team members on a regular basis.
• Assisting the HR during technical interviews
