- Controlling correspondence and post across the company's operation.
- Reviewing and approving office supplies requisitions and arranging for maintenance of office equipment.
Supervise office staff.
- Assigning and monitoring administrative support activities and making arrangements for additional cover when required.
Maintaining of office records in both electronic and hard copy to ensure up to date information is appropriately accessible.
- Managing arrangements for movements of staff and visitors traveling on business purposes as well as to provide support for HR consultants .
- Support the development and distribution of bid and other confidential project related documentation.
