• Meet and/or exceed sales target for rental and lease revenue
• Source, identify, meet, qualify and close deals with prospects at profitable terms
• Meet minimum number of new prospects and existing customer per day
• Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations to prospects and existing customers
• Review proposals, existing rates at renewal / extension of lease or hire stage to maximize sales / revenue opportunities
• Use company approved sales & service techniques when determining customer needs.
• Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs
• Prepare all rental and lease documents include off hire documents accurately and completely
• Follow rental policy to protect the assets and interest of the company
• Qualify each customer using our company rental requirements guidelines
• Prepare periodical sales report and market information report for analytical based decisions
• Develop, cultivate and nature new clients to maximize sales revenue with protect existing customers from competitors
• Individual performance is essential in a team based work environment. Flare for sales and go better approach.
