Sales Consultant - Automotive Showroom

Proper compliance with the sales process i.e. prospecting, meet / greet, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery.
Effective post sale follow up to attract new and retain current customers.
Ensures accurate collection and submission of customer details.
Assist customers make the right choice of vehicle, build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customer.
Ensures a smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers.
Reports daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management and maximizes company profit by selling the vehicles at maximum margins within company policies.
Achieve sales satisfaction index targets by providing excellent customer service.
Actively maintains product knowledge and competitive product knowledge.
Promote finance and insurance products.
Prepare all required documentation to complete the sale process.
Coordinates with parts and services teams to present complete offer to the clients.
