Key Functions:
The primary goal is to ensure the achievement of net sales and revenues (ARPU achieved through achievement of appropriate sales mix and retention activity. You will achieve this by developing a tailored and scalable sales channel to include showroom outlets, dealer/third party channels and Commercial & Hotel Networks. You will be responsible for the leadership and development of a cohesive team that incorporates new initiatives, efficiencies and technologies as appropriate. The primary goal is to ensure the achievement of the country new sales and net growth target.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets on a gross, net unit sales and revenue performance level by management of sales force, sales skills and efficiencies and productivity in line with business plan.
• Improve sales performance and efficiency through planned recruitment, training, development and performance management in order to ensure professional, ethical and quality business is acquired.
• Lead, motivate and manage a cohesive and effective team (including succession planning) in order to provide and maintain a high performance culture.
• Ensure relevant marketing/product messages are manufactured and delivered effectively to all team in order to ensure it supports the achievement of sales plan and an appropriate level of product knowledge.
• Measure performance and report performance to business plan.
• Develop a culture that motivates and embraces recognition and rewards good performance in line with the company’s vision and values.
• Deliver effective communications to provide strategic direction and focus to all the sales team.
