• Design, drafts and prepare Bill of Materials and project schedule for steel fabrication projects
• Prepare fabrication drawings as per agreed specification
• Understands and analyzes architectural drawings of various disciplines
• Manages projects assigned to him in all respects, and performs any necessary duty to insure completion of job on time
• Overseas site installation and coordinates with project contractor and consultant
• Insure the quality of work and finish as per recommended specifications
• Reports to project manager on project status progress
• Monitors job progress in the factory as well as on sites while coordinating with the Production Supervisor
• Set and monitor overtime hours when required according to recommendations of project manager
• Coordinate with the project manager and site Engineers/Architects technical information affecting product fabrication, variations and project timing
• Prepare timely job schedules and ongoing jobs master plan
• Coordinate material purchase with purchasing department
• Ensures company policies are being adhered to
• Ensures health and safety guidelines set by the company are being applied
• Participate in safety classes
• Ensures proper work methods and procedures are complied with
• Ensures Quality of Work and products delivered as per company standards
