Corporate Business Analyst - Manpower Middle East

A prestigious investment organization in Qatar is seeking a Corporate Business Analyst. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Applications Job Objective Serves as a resource, with both business and industry knowledge, for defining and analyzing the company's customer's business requirements and objectives for Corporate Systems such as HR, Admin, Legal and Compliance and Finance. Performs detailed business requirements analysis and documentation to a very high standard and works equally as close with both business and IT teams.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Description Analyzes business needs and develops detailed requirements for software selection or systems development Assesses existing business processes and proposes changes that may or may not be related to automation or technology Prepares business cases for recommended solutions, including software packages Assesses and documents impact of the applications or systems to the integrated company's systems environment Identifies and documents business problems or needs and recommends alternative solutions - strong business knowledge across core corporate system Identifies inefficient business processes and enabling technology and recommends solutions to alleviate business problems andor enhance business processes Demonstrates thorough understanding of the company business and operations in assigned business area(s) (HR, Payroll, Admin, Finance) Builds and maintains good relationships with business customers, colleagues, contractors, vendors and consultants Participates in preparing the user documentation and training manuals Perform end user training and application awareness sessions Coaching of programmers on detailed business requirements. Developing and marking RFP's and monitoring progressing the procurement lifecycle COMMUNICATIONS and WORKING Relationships Internal IMS Team, IT Dept, Investment Teams and Departments External External vendors and consultants assisting with project deliveries Frameworks, BOUNDARIES, and DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Head of IMS and confers with the latter on critical IMS issues. Key decisions are referred to the IT Director for review and recommendation before implementation. Operates within the IMS team, decision making limited to role within projects as agreed and project initiation.
