About your job:
The job holder will be responsible to manage and supervise all inventory control functions. You will maintain supplies of furnishing and fixtures, maximise internal customer satisfaction and maintain a professional relationship with the Land Lord. You will maintain and control the inventory of the company and the Land Lords assets for each department. You will need to ensure that the inventory is checked physically for each property / building and state the facilities are correct as per agreed contracted term, including sign off from internal staff occupant or Land Lord. You will assist in establishing a computer based inventory system and update the system for every single furniture and appliances, assist in preparing timely reports of usages / breakages. You will accurately maintain records of any items which are non-functioning or has a breakdown which is beyond economical repairs. You will require to coordinate all aspects of inventory control of individual departments when a staff is leaving and prepare report on the status of the apartment and the assets. You will manage complaints on a daily basis from occupants regarding furniture or appliance defects, repairs and be responsible to submit a report after inspection if the items need to be repaired or replaced.
About you:
You will need to hold a bachelor degree or equivalent, preferred in Commerce, Business Management or any other accounting qualification. We seek to hire a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience of job related required, we are looking for someone who has experience in handling large volumes of utility bills or in Accounts Payables and have some knowledge of recharge/recovery mechanism. You must have good IT skills all round to produce reports, your Excel skills must be ideally at advanced level. You must have good communication skills in English and ability to speak Arabic would be an advantage.
