About the Job:
The Service Engineer is responsible for supporting customers in the technical service, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of modern mining equipment. A key focus area is training of customer service teams.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
Deliver commissioning and starting-up service of new equipment.
Visits to worksites for service, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance
Support customers in repairs and rebuilds on equipment.
Offer customer's technical advice in maintenance, repairs, rebuilds and machine operation.
Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations
Carry out customer training in equipment operation, service and maintenance
Through your activity promote the sale of equipment, consumables, and spare & wear parts.
