You will add value to Qatar Airways C&B philosophy by analysing and evaluating existing compensation programs and making insightful recommendations keeping in view prevailing economic, industry and market trends.
In this role, You will be responsible for managing the compensation dashboard to cater all reporting requirements of management . You will also coordinate international pay review process. . From the benefits side, you will identify trends and determine their impact within the organization as well as the industry and the market. you will analyse report and recommend feedback on international operations based on factors by sourcing data from industry, market surveys and benchmarking results.
About You:
You have to be a Bachelor's Degree' holder preferably holding Compensation Professional certification and a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience. Your analytical and problem solving skills are crucial to the role. Your ability to build positive and effective business partnerships is essential. You must be an Advanced MS Excel user.
