- The Senior Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the section in the administration of tasks to resolve all matters related to employees relation in AZF.
- Support the section in evaluating and resolving employee relations and work-related problems.
- Administer all administrative tasks of the section within AZF
- Support and handle employees’ related issues such as: disciplines, performance management, grievance and absence.
- Gathers information on workers' feelings about factors that affect worker morale, motivation, and efficiency.
- Help in promoting employees' satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the resignation and termination procedures such as conducting exit interviews and monitoring turnover ratios
- Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.
