•To achieve profitable sales of Coring & Cutting Services to assigned customer base and territory.
•To develop new business / customers and build a high level long term relationship with decision makers in construction companies.
•To develop good rapport with the Manufacturer; its team to get new biz leads.
•To develop strategic plan for new business, research on Market & competitors.
• Apply a structured Sales Management Process to maximize sales opportunities and increase market penetration within the territory.
•To manage and interpret customer requirements, attending complaints, to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
•To be responsible for on time execution of projects, timely delivery of work, collection of payments by coordinating with Operation team.
•Timely reporting to Sales Manager on daily call plan/report, weekly/monthly briefings
