Investment Analysts - Business Analysts
• Completes an asset condition assessment for each facility by utilising the asset inventory data capture sheets.
• Agrees appropriate Levels of Service based on Customer and other Key Stakeholder requirements Assesses asset performance.
• Reviews current operating and maintenance strategies/ practices.
• Defines asset criticality.
• Develops a methodology for capturing asset needs based on a holistic view of the asset base.
• Develops Catchment / Network Planning process
