JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Supports the Division by developing and applying policies and processes, controlling & verifying the divisional costs and analyzing the overall performance of the division, including individual performance.
• Create and implement internal policies & procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient work flow inside the division
• Define successful workflows (lean), jobs and reporting relationships to obtain the optimum effectiveness of the sales cycle /performance.
• Assist the Division in Sales & Marketing Campaigns.
• Maintain the prospect and customer information data base.
• Compile and analyze information on major quotations / tenders submitted by department and conduct analysis on the result of submission.
• Support in developing and monitoring departmental budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Support in organizing sales meetings & sales training workshops.
• Verify the financial, technical and commercial aspects of sales done by sales departments to monitor how they match with the objectives of the departments and report to the GM.
• Report to the CDO on the performance of each department by providing analytical reports.
• Develop KPIs for the departments and individuals and monitor performance against the KPIs.
• Participate in the departmental sales meetings as a moderator.
• Approve all petty cash issues, by checking & vouching
• Coordinate with the accounting & finance departments for all the division needs.
• Monitor the inventory level of the each department and assist in maintaining optimum inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the management to develop the necessary reports, presentations and materials to grow and develop a great sales force.
• Report on slow moving items and assist the sales managers to develop an action plan to reduce the slow moving inventory level.
• Support the sales and operation planning process as and when needed.
• Monitor the quality system of the division.
• Create and maintain organizational chart with clear lines of reporting.
• Compile and update competitor analysis and data gathered from the relevant Sales Managers
• Assist the CDO with new projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for marketing issues.
