About Your Job:
Reporting to HR Manager, you will effectively advise and assist new employees in accommodation, attend to emergencies such as accidents, repatriation of staff, recommend recreational facilities in Doha.
You will be Responsible for ensuring that housing data is maintained in terms of vacant or occupied villas or apartments. Keep abreast with the market fluctuations and maintain records of rising / falling rents, school fees, car rentals etc and be aware of changes in government rules and regulations. He / She will coordinate with the hospitals, government agencies & local police in the completion of all paper works and formalities in case of death and repatriation of human remains. Propose new ideas within company scope to improve overall welfare for staff.
About You:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader whilst possessing exceptional presentation skills. Ideally you will be within a similar culture in a large organization. A minimum of 2 years of job related experience in a travel / retail / hospitality industry. A Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related discipline is highly desirable.
