Main Duties:
To support the Head of Recruitment and recruitment personnel in the provision of a high quality and professional administrative support services to facilitate recruitment procedures.
Major Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist in placing job advertisements, where necessary in association with recruitment agencies, and send out application forms and job information packs to potential job applicants.
Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and tests.
Deal with all routine correspondence to applicants, including writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants.
Send out offer letters and statements of terms and conditions of employment to successful applicants.
Coordinate arrangements for introducing new staff into the company, including staff induction/orientation.
Assist in dealing with routine questions relating to terms and conditions of employment from managers and applicants.
Set up, maintain a personal file for every new employee, and ensure that these are maintained in an accurate and up-to-date manner for submission to Personnel Administration section upon successful selection.
Make any necessary arrangements for the recruitment of temporary staff as requested by managers.
Work Experience:
2+ years experience in recruitment administrative activities.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any related field.
